Covid & Sickness
Scrappin Escapes no longer requires masks at our events.
You may wear a mask at our events for your own protection. Please be responsible and do not come to our event if you have fallen ill.
Each guest must pay a $50.00 non-refundable deposit to secure a retreat spot. The deposit is also part of your retreat payment. We no longer offer transfers to other events if you are not able to attend. Guests must be at least 18 years of age. Deposit cannot be transferred to another individual.
31 days out or more from the scheduled event – Full refund minus $50 non-refundable deposit. 30 days or less no refund will be given due to our commitments. No exceptions
Scrappin' Escapes reserves the right to sell, use your unused table or eliminate it all together if you cancel your retreat spot. Any cancellations that are not submitted in writing via email or FB messenger will not be considered valid.
Scrappin' Escapes reserves the right to give your refund after the event has been held or remains sold out.
A $10.00 late fee will apply to ALL late payments.
No exceptions. Payments are due 60 days prior to the event you are attending. If payment is not received by the cut-off date, reserved retreat spots may be released for sale and all money paid may be forfeited.
If you should need to make a payment after the 60 day cut-off date, please contact us so that we can make a note in our records, the $10.00 late fee will still apply.
Discounts are to only be given during the selected period offer. Discounts are only valid for new sign-ups if offered.
No adjustments to be given to already existing sign-ups.
On rare occasions, hotel pricing has changed due to unforeseen circumstances by the event location.
The price changes are out of Scrappin' Escapes control and will not be held liable. Scrappin' Escapes will give you advanced notice. You will be given the opportunity to cancel without penalty when the notice is released. You must respond within the due date, or no changes/refunds will be made.
Hotel Location Change:
Due to hotel renovations, there could be a change in location & pricing for an event. The price changes are out of Scrappin' Escapes control and will not be held liable. Scrappin' Escapes will give you advanced notice. You will be given the opportunity to cancel without penalty when the notice is released. You must respond within the due date, or no changes/refunds will be made.
Rooming & Change of Occupants Policy:
Roommates: Guests are responsible for providing the appropriate number of roommates based on the room type selected at the time of registration. Scrappin’ Escapes does not provide roommates.
If the number of guests in your room should change, pricing adjustments will be made. If the number of guests in the room decreases, then you will be responsible for any additional fees associated with the change in room status.
If the number of guests increases and the price should drop then you will be given a refund or credit based on when the changes are made, credits and refunds will be issued based on the time frames referenced in the cancellation policy.
Day cropping is for guests that live close by and wish to go home at night. Change from a day cropper to overnight guest, you must book your room with Scrappin' Escapes. No exceptions. If some of your group is rooming, you change your mind to room with them, you must change your crop status and fee's.
All retreat seating is pre-assigned, please no switching name tags/seats without consulting us first. It is very important you let us know who you want to sit with! We will make sure that all groups are seated together however we cannot accommodate any additional seating requests once the event has begun. Seating is based on the number of guests in your group and the table configurations. Thank you for your understanding.
Sold Out Events:
All Sold Out events have wait list forming. No deposit is required to be put on our wait list.
